Every year we play the guessing game of when the Miller Ferry will start running from Port Clinton to Put-in-Bay. This year, the guessing is over early! We now know times for Put in Bay Ferries and Fishing! The Miller Ferry started running last Friday, March 4th, and has begun a regular schedule for the season (weather permitting). For this first week, trips will leave Put in Bay at 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 10:30AM & 2:00PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM. Trips leaving Catawba will be at 9:00AM, 10:00AM, 11:00AM & 2:30PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM. In the Southwest corner of the Lake Erie Basin, there is a little island called South Bass Island. This island is home to the famous, some may say infamous, summer boating town of Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Visitors come from near and far to enjoy the summer activities both on and off the water from April 1st through October 31st.
