Put-in-Bay Islands Survey – Your Opinion Matters
No matter whether you’re a year rounder or a summer resident, we want to hear what you think. Surveys are
only useful if they can provide actionable information that can be used for informed decision making by our trustees,
council and businesses.
All responses to the “Put-in-Bay Islands Survey” will remain anonymous, and all results will be reported to the
Put-in-Bay Township Trustees, Village of Put-in-Bay Council, Put-in-Bay Property Owners Association and
published in the Put-in-Bay Gazette. Results and analysis will be reported by “respondent group”. No personally
identifiable information is being collected on this survey.
A boxholder mailing will go out in early April. The survey will be distributed via email on April 16 from
putinbaysurvey@gmail.com address. If you do not receive the survey and would like to participate please email
putinbaysurvey@gmail.com to be included.
The survey will be open from April 16 through May 13. If you did not receive an email from
putinbaysurvey@gmail.com contact the survey address to be added.
The Put-in-Bay Gazette, Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce, and the Put-in-Bay Property Owners Association

This survey is an all-volunteer effort. Mailing and printing costs have been donated by the PIB Gazette. Thanks
