Not anymore, thanks to Muscle Bay Fitness! Opened in 2017, it is the first, and only, gym on South Bass Island.
Muscle Bay Fitness is a fully equipped gym. They have cardio equipment like treadmills and exercise bikes, weight lifting machines, and plenty of free weights as well. This is new equipment in a very clean gym and enough machines that you won’t have to worry about waiting for things to open up. You can come in and get right down to business. Personal trainers are available on-site to customize a workout just for you. Muscle Bay Fitness also offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for both children and adults, as well as self-defense classes.
The equipment at Muscle Bay Fitness is state-of-the-art. The atmosphere is also geared towards you getting the best out of your workout, and the staff is as friendly and knowledgeable as they come. As a result, this is the perfect place for people of all ages and fitness levels to stop in for a workout. So, you no longer have to feel guilty about all that Frosty Pizza you ate yesterday, or all of the margaritas or beers you plan on drinking tonight. You can work off all those calories and get back to enjoying your weekend guilt-free with Muscle Bay Fitness!
