My room was very clean and comfortable – I melted into the mattress; the awesome staff couldn’t have been more helpful and congenial; the varieties of coffees and teas included decaf in each. Breakfast included fresh fruits, oatmeal with toppings, breads, bagels and cream cheese, boiled eggs, waffles and sweet breads. The furniture on the porches presented a comfortable relaxing place to rest and enjoy the manicured landscape, and the peace of a location far enough away from the bustle of the Town center, but within a 15-20 minute walk. Lesley B: “We stayed at English Pines from 9/22-9/24. We rented three rooms for myself, my husband, two teenage boys and my mother-in-law. The accommodations were perfect. The beds were ultra comfortable with blankets between the top sheet and comforter that the kids were in love with, the rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were all very nicely appointed with several upgrades that made a nice difference. It was also in a great location a few streets from town, but still far away enough for it to be quiet. The smell of breakfast was great to wake up to each morning. We loved the coffee too! I would definitely stay here again. Such a nice change from a traditional hotel room and free WiFi!”
